There are times that I become so frustrated with my recovery from the whooping cough. It is moving much more slowly than I ever expected. I got hit over the head with a reminder during the days with 100+ temps.
Then I looked back over the last few months since I was first diagnosed. So many wonderful things have happened to me that I would
have never dreamed of. More importantly, I have really been blessed by the friends who have surrounded and challenged me (in a good way of course!)
A couple weeks ago, one of those friends who is also a photographer invited me over to visit her horses and bring my camera along. It was wonderful to see a wonderful bond between Winter and Amira as they played in the field. I was inspired by their strength and beauty that day.
Things haven't gone "according to plan" in the last months, but take a peek at something that I would have otherwise missed.
